This is the third and last book in Veronica Roth’s trilogy
Divergent. It’s a good book, action packed and interesting. I would recommend finishing
the trilogy with this fast paced novel, but it might involve tears.
I liked the way it was written. For it’s the same as every
book in this trilogy. I enjoyed the way it started, but by 200 pages I was kind
of lost. Everything you got used to in the previews books is destroyed in this
one. Full of anew people and new missions.
I didn’t enjoy that I found it a bit forced. The ending was stretched
and it didn’t seem natural. And truthfully, Tobias POV was so week I couldn’t
understand why he was such a hero. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan on hero-weekness relations, for they seem stronger to me. But with Tobias it just wasn't the case, I just felt like I was reading Tris. The difference wasn't clear. But Tris from Tobias POV was amazing. I´m a huge fan of romantic gestures, and in this book there are none. I love the way their relationship is based in needing each other, in being someone to lean to.
Over all ****/*****.
I do recommend reading it, but be aware, you might cry.
To enjoy this read you'll need:
-An open mind.
-Basic knowledge about the Divergent world.
-A tissue box.
-Disposition to eliminate or modifie some characters.
-Cup of tea (or coffee, but tea is just better).
-Blanket.
-Rain (optional).
ENJOY.
